Sendmail will do it, look for the documentation of the smarthost config directive in sendmail.mc (usually in /etc/sendmail or thereabout). Or use Postfix, and use the same smarthost directive in main.cf (or master.cf, can't recall which at the moment) Sendmail is arguably more powerful,
