We are currently building a new mail server and migrating from an
existing one. I know there has been some issues with Courier and
Vpopmail as far as authentication goes and that Courier has dropped
support for Vpopmail. Our old server still has Sqwebmail as one of the
web interfaces

about 10 domains setup on this machine all working perfectly...I just
setup a new domain three days ago, some of the users of this new domain
can use SqWebmail without any trouble, but others absolutely cannot

Ive installed Courier-Imap with vchkpw authentication (qmail + vpopmail +
qmailadmin + Courier-IMAP), and all works well: I can connect to the server
and etc... But there is a problem:
If I delete the Drafts folder (used by Sqwebmail), Sqwebmail shows an errors
when I try to send a message
This would probably be a good question for courier-imap or sqwebmail.

When i added a new user the authetifikation with sqwebmail failed

Sqwebmail + Qmailadmin (and ucspi-tcp, of course!) for
a Customer (using vchkpw to authenticate).
Initially installed everything using Qinstall, but had
some problems with Vpopmail not authenticating. On
someone's advice, I recompiled
