IIci and G3 Ethernet Networking

Hi, I have a problem, I am trying to Network my Mac IIci and Blue and white G3 PowerMac together using T-Base10/100 (RJ-45). I have installed an ethernet card in my IIci and connected the two via an ethernet switch. (T-Base10/100) I have made a PhoneNet LocalTalk network with My IIci and SE.
