Go into Settings > General > Reset and do a reset network settings and see if that fixes it. Keep in mind that you will have to reconnect to WiFi after doing this. I think Anna posted that if you turn off iCloud keychain before you do the reset network settings and turn it on again afterwards

the only other field I tried was entering a new credit card in lyft. I thought it was something funky with lyft. But, now that I am seeing the problem in the ap store, I am thinking it could be an issue on this end. I am able to enter my pass code with no problem. Will test out other aps

If it is only the app store where you have no onscreen keyboard; then something is truly messed up. I assume you have cleared everything out of the app switcher. One strange thought would be to go in to settings, General, Keyboard and delete the standard English keyboard. Then power cycle your

Quick Nav messages are only if an external keyboard is connected. Did you by any chance connect the Polaris under the regular Bluetooth keyboard as well as under braille? Is the Polaris powered off? Are you sure there are no bluetooth keyboards connected? If you are getting Quick Nav messages
