As for obfuscation, maybe this is not neccessary. It's of course up to ASIX, but maybe not? On another note, the ASIX firmware is gzip compressed, and this means that sigrok must depend on zlib. It would be nice to not need zlib, but I didn't check how big difference the gzip compression makes for the bitstreams. Maybe it is not so big, and we can remove the dependency, and ship uncompressed firmware?
