Yeah, I just ask for more information and some time. I got a call "from customs" saying there was a parcel stuck at customs and I would be fined 1 lakh or something, and they "transferred the call to a FedEx guy" and I said, ok give me the tracking number so I can look it up and get back to you. Immediately hung up.
They try to hurry you, which is the point of the scam, to make you rush into things.
