Hi again Dorothy.  What is the ppm that you use in CS? Also, do you use it as 
maintenance just to help the lungs? Thanks "again" for you help.  This is such

Well I just nebulize for a few minutes at a time, on and off throughout the 
day, until I feel it has eased.  Then I carry on until it is better.  So far, 
no ill effects, only good ones.  dee
