I do fine iwth misting from a small spray bottle, it has kept me from getting colds or flu for 8 years now. But a nebulizer or the medisana is a valuable tool in case a bug does slip through. I like my medisana because I can fill it up and it runs all night, which would be good if you did catch a respiratory infection.
