The trouble with getting it with a decongestant is that you could get an
overdose of the other medications to get a high enough dose of the
guai. It's freely available in the US, and you could probably get it on
its own from a compounding chemist in other countries.
Some people have it made into a cream and use it for painful muscle
problems.
I made the powder into a cream originally with emu oil, later with
coconut oil; I also added cs/dmso mix. The initial oil/powder leaves a
gritty element which the liquid seems to dissolve.
