You might want to search for a Theracane.  It works well for those hard to 
reach 
areas.

sorry your having the discomfort you mentioned. i have been aware of trigger 
point for years but many
of my cramps are a knotting around my rib cage and the diaphragm are 
so herd to facilitate there.
