Hi Brickey, You are corrct. Just make sure that the silver wires and connectedto the positive lead of your supply. If not you will not make CS. You 30 ma.wall transformer is big enough for four 16 oz cells.
I hope that you have a meter in the circuit so you can know what is going on.
