In order to restore correctly (well, in order for the network to be
active after the restore) I had to add an exclude of /etc/iftab to the
image grabbing command. Otherwise it detected the network card on the
newly imaged machine as a NEW interface and assigned it to eth1.

I also tweaked some update excludes so stuff saved on the Student
account's Desktop wasn't blown away during an update, and so I
wouldn't have to set up teacher keys for iTALC every single time the
clients were updated (which I wanted to make a weekly thing to keep
everything updated).
