I am not where I can update the wiki right now.. but I have helped quite a few people on this list with this issue. You need to setup option 140 as "BINARY" then when you choose to set the ip address you need to be sure to delete out all information in the field first then type in the ip address as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx this will get converted to HEX code once you type it in..then it will work.
