No. snf2check.exe does a static check on part of the file.


ERROR_BAD_MATRIX is a run time error produced when one of the creatures tries to run into memory space that it shouldn't. Only the creature running into that bad part of the token matrix discovers the problem currently - that part of the file was not checked by snf2check.
