No, I do no longer plan such re-work. Indeed, I am satisfied by what has
been done so far: the headers are now "buried" under the soci sub-directory
in /usr/include on Unix.
[It is not exactly what I wanted to do at first (and the way I did it for
SOCI-3.0.0 on Fedora), but I am now very happy to not have to add my own
patches on top of SOCI in order to be able to package it]
