That's a pretty cool idea, but I'd have to figure out a way to 
implement it - something like allowing the user to configure the paths 
for these in the menu-config.xml file.  You'd still have to have your 
CSS and JS files in your source tree though - we can't read them from a 
jar.  I could put them on SF, but it goes down often and you don't want 
to be dependent on another site.
