Glasgow sounds good yes. Edinburgh had a meeting last year.... There is a ScotLUG meeting that night and there are quite a few Glasgow based mappers (5 i think) that will at that so couldn't make an osm meet. This was mentioned on IRC the other night and other dates were discussed - 27th / 29th (?)
