eps figures

Hi TeXPower users,

I am using TeXPower   as follows

\usepackage{hyperref}
\usepackage[display]{texpower}
\usepackage{soul}
...
\usepackage[dvips]{graphicx}
...

When  I include an encapsulated postscript picture e.g.
\foilhead{\texttt{My Figure}
\begin{figure}[!htb]
\begin{center}
\includegraphics[width = 15cm]{myfigure.eps}
\end{center}
\end{figure}
I could get the resulting DVI file  but could not convert it to the
Postscript file (dvips).
Without including the picture the conversion DVI->PS->PDF works fine.

Any suggestion to solve the above problem is appreciated.
