Hate reduction/Neo-Nazism

The German Government is offering Neo-Nazis $50,000 each to eradicate
their activities.It is expected that this start-up plan will
help them get decent housing,jobs and more appropriate social
activities.
Since money is a powerful,I suspect it may work.
