It should be contained in the tomcat distribution.
But the outdated one is found before the one that is delivered with tomcat.
Search for servlet.jar, j2ee.jar on your machine.
(e.g. in JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext)
humm I suspect a malicious CLASSPATH mangling... could you try to set CLASSPATH to a nil value then restart TOMCAT 4 (or 5)
