Hi,

There is increasing pressure within our company for a ticketing system
that will do what I know the new Flexible Workflow will do. Is there any
idea as to how long it will be before this hits trunk? We run off trunk
but would rather not have to deal with managing patches on top of it if
it can be avoided.

My worry at this point is that if it's going to be too long, we may end
up switching to some other system, which is something that I personally
would rather not do.

Anyway, the pressure is building, so any estimate would be helpful.
