The delayed services feature is supported in Equinox. The equinox implementation was improved by a contribution from Prosyst. Felix has DS support and documentation mentions the "immediate" attribute used to control delayed services, so I'm guessing it is also supported in that project. I've not looked at Knopflerfish.
