I guess this is a shell account and not a pure web hosting service, but
I have an account with http://www.unixshell.com/ and haven't had any
problems with it. It looks like they're not accepting new orders at the
moment, but another branch of the company http://www.tektonic.net/ is-
the difference is that unixshell uses Xen while tektonic uses Virtuozzo
to share the machines. The cheap plan is $8/month for 5 GB disk and 128
MB RAM.
