Hi Can you help In exell with Microsoft when you type a column of figures, say in col "C" To get a total all you have to do is click on last figure drag to shade in all figures, and click a symbol denoting "total" next to move decimal point On Open Office this is not there is it possible to auto add a total column without going through the formula system? Help please
