I’m wanting to install MacOS Sierra on a MacBook Pro with Sierra installed. I have a bootable USB stick and made a CD image from the stick with DiskUtility, but trying to install it in VBox fails almost immediately with a Media message which I don’t have written down. Is there somewhere a proceed written out how to first create the necessary install media and then any tips to doing the actual install. I’ve heard of people doing it, but the VBox manual doesn’t supply much information.
