Easiest way would be to connect the TI's tape audio
out to the
Mic in on a PC, then record as 44.1Khz 16bit mono WAV
files.

Then use any CD burning software capable of burning an
audio
CD and write the WAV files as tracks.

Connect the headphone out to your TI and you have a
read only
TI "cassette" program storage with random access
capability,
and no rewinding to find the beginning of a program if
it
doesn't read right or accidentially hitting the
counter reset
then having to rewind to the beginning of the tape, or
any
of the other hassles that go along with reading from a
tape.

Another way would be to just leave the TI connected to
the PC's
soundcard and use the PC to play the WAV files into
the TI,
as well as recording them. At today's PC prices, a new
one
wouldn't cost as much as a PEB did in the 1980's. (Not
even
adjusting for inflation!)

There are also digital voice recorders that'd work as
long
as you find one with an external microphone input.

Yet another option is a Sony MiniDisc with inputs for
analog
recording.

It will be total Fandemonium!
