Hi,

I want to access the server from an XP machine too.

I'm running FC10 on the server, and TurboVNC version 0.6.
As per instructions, I open a cmd window in XP, use puTTY to the server, and
attempt to start vncserver, list vncserver and kill vncserver as follows...

[r...@beast ~]# /opt/TurboVNC/bin/vncserver

WARNING: The first attempt to start Xvnc failed, possibly because the
vncserver
script was not able to figure out an appropriate X11 font path for this
system
or because the font path you specified with the -fp argument was not valid.
Attempting to restart Xvnc using the X Font Server (xfs) ...
Could not start Xvnc.
