Yep. After a more detailed look (which perhaps I should have given before posting), there are also other things in that website which strike me odd.
Hopefully, since it appears even you weren't aware of this company, some of the involved people will step forward to clarify. Or, somebody could ask them directly, instead. Their contact info is public.
