I couldn't find offhand any numbers in Piantelli's patent. I mentioned offhand at one point that there have been 1-3 MeV protons seen in some CR-39 experiments, but none of these were from Piantelli that I know of. I think he has talked about tracks in a cloud chamber, but I do not recall the energies reported in that connection. Eric
