FWIW, I put together a new version of "Plot 8" from the original report, showing the full Y axis and adding the power-in if the wire trick were being used.
As you can see, the relationship between power in and power out is unchanged. The only difference is that the E-Cat now gives a very good approximation of an inert lump of metal.
