This E-cat World report is vague. Since there was no NDA, why didn't this person write a concrete description of the equipment and instruments? The only technical specific is that they used "waterbath calorimetry." I don't know what that means. I guess it means static or bomb calorimetry, rather than flow calorimetry. Tell us how big the device was, how heavy, how much power and energy went in, and how much came out.
