Unofficial xmame 0.37b10

An unofficial version of xmame 0.37b10.1 is available in my ftp directory:

        ftp://ftp.aros.net/pub/users/gold

There's also a patch against a clean 0.37b7.1 tree, and I *think* I did it
right this time.

As with the last unofficial 0.37b9.1 tree, Shyouzou Sugitani's DGA and
ALSA patches are included.
