Hi Tobi et al, I gave the latest ISO a whirl on this laptop but I couldn't get past the "autoconfiguring devices" point of the initial boot. It just hung at that point. I tried both the latest live iso and the latest slim iso, both hang at the same point. I tried different burns of the discs also.
Let me know if you want the laptop specs, as I mentioned in a mail to Tobi, it is an older laptop. I'll try the 3.1 release and see what happens there.
