I scrounged one off eBay, a computer store in Anchorage was having a closeout sale they had 2 for $80.00. Mac Mall had them a year ago for the 360, about $85.00 pricey BUT they come with Apples recycler box, as in Apple loads new ink and sells as new. Apple picks up the freight by Fed Ex. I do not think their that ecologically forward. So there out there. I think the ink last a long time and I always use mine at 600dpi.

I usually do not mind working with things but I took one toner cartirdge out when I first got it, thinking I could seal it and reuse the contents. AH NO, it's very messy, just breath on it and your room and you will be covered in toner and you will throw yourself the print master and say no please not in my new $1300.00. 360. I survived but I was lucky Thankfully the printer does not move now. They are a beast but the print is perfect and I have churned some paper out Well my room is overflowing with legacy, the middle bedroom is for PCI and the front room is for X

If you have this puppy and think it will work I'll try it. Let me know, I m on a mission, Everyone else that I wrote to me we are still a go, with all this stuff it just has to work maybe I can wire it to my 2 dish hookup, unless somebody says it can not be done Andrei

well, I don't have my bridge near to know the exact name, as it's in my office, but I have the Asante MicroPrint Printserver here (Asante MicroPrint is its name), a very neat piece of HW that you hook up to your Apple printer with LocalTalk cable, and it gets you an ethernet connection to your ethernet network, and furthermore you have a printserver... I used it to print from Macs and PCs to my Apple Personal LaserWriter 320 for quite some time, and it worked quite well... configuration is a piece of cake, don't worry...

the bridge and my 360 are in the office, and it's week-end :)

but I really recommend the MicroPrint, though I can't remember if I printed from OsX, but I guess this shouldn't be an issue, as it's just Apple LaserWriter language, that OsX probably understands anyway...

Ya you would think so,

those printers are great in my opinion, real workhorses, and I love mine...

btw: where do you get toners? my supplier doesn't seem to be able to bring them any more, and though I still have one left... or can I refill it? would also be an option, I don't wanna give it up because I find no toner-cartridge... would be a pity...
Ya like I said, scrounge around, eBay for sure but that has become a bummer lately. Mac Mall and then there is a place in Oregon that has stuff back to my laserwriter 1200 which still works believe it not. I will keep it minned

The problem with our world is stupidity. I'm not saying there should
be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the
safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

maybe I insist, but I'm getting curious as to what I have missed that you don't actually want to get the printer directly into your network via ethernet, without using a computer to share it... I always thought this to be the simplest solution, first of all because so you don't have to power up any computer to be able to print,

Well, well yes of course you can insist or assist. I was afraid of the OSX computers not printing directly to the Apple 360, Soo, as I usually use ApplWorks to do my word processing, I thought I could type the material send it to 6100 which runs just about all the time and print it out through the Apple 360, which is still a very capable printer and still produces excellent documents.

So from reading ahead, it appears that it's look for a bridge, anyone know the excat name of this product or device, I do not want a bridge to nowhere.
Thanks for all the great advice. This has to be the best help list.
