Agreed, I got a xone:32 for around 400 and it seems really nice and
solid too - having a filter on the mixer is quite a cool and worthwile
addition (specially when it has an LFO to modulate it :)

:I shelled out on a Xone 62 last July and must say that it's £800 well
:spent.
:As Marc points out, if you are serious about spinning out at clubs,
it's
:more than likely they're going to have either one of these (or it's
bigger
:bro the 464) or the Pioneer 600 installed. There's nothing worse than
:playing at a club and facing a mixer you know absolutely nothing about.
:
:Apart from being built like a proverbial bricksh*t house, the Xone 62
:sounds
:lovely, has 3 filters for each channel and also has the benefit of
having a
:P & G crossfader. It's good enough to use for production as well. I'd
:heartily recommend splashing out the cash on one if you can afford it.
:
:I will add also that their customer service is 2nd to none. Being UK
based
:does help for us Brits, but I had an unidentified problem with it and
it
:was
:returned ready to use within 5 days. (I also got a £10000 mixing desk
:mistakenly a day later but that's another story) ;)
