Hi Arlene!

thanks for the tip.

busy kami ni NFJ na nagpapayaman kaya we need all the tips we can get.

share ko lang with everyone-- we love Robert Kiyosaki's books. as a starter
everyone should read Rich Dad, poor dad.

a book from a Phil author also has practical wisdom in the Philippine
setting--
WEALTH WITHIN YOUR REACH by Francisco Colayco (www.colaycofoundation.com)

cheers,
Dave

Dave, regarding crown.org, no involvement pero I thought of sharing
it kasi maganda yung mga lessons nila regarding handling finances the
Christian way. We often listen to the "Money Matters" radio program
which is being aired here at 6:30 to 7 PM weekdays. Nagbabasa din
ako ng articles sa www.money.cnn.com for additional financial
news/tips.

Tagui, nagko-contribute ako ng maximum....so that would total 14K for
this year. Last year ang maximum allowed contribution is 13K, while
next year 15K naman. Our company will contribute $0.50 for each
pretax $1 an employee contributes, up to 6% of eligible pay.

Regarding the house, we think of it more as an investment especially
since North Texas is one of the fastest-growing areas in the US :)
