nyway, i need your opinion... what can u say about KBHomes?
Im not sure kung meron nito sa minesota, but for arlene,
maybe u can say something about it... i been hearing a lot
of negative feedback from this builder... are those true?
sinong builder nyo arlene? do u have friends who got kbhomes?
how are they? medyo nagtitingin tingin na kasi ako...
starter home, im lookin at mga 1500sqft, im finding a lot within
my budget naman...
there's this one community that i saw,
that i really like, very close to everything, interstate, mall,
fil store, my gym, work and my church,... the location is perfect,
kaso kbhomes... but the thing is lahat ng ibang builders (centex,
century, choice,etc,) puros mga 10-20 miles away na...
muntik na nga akong mapa-oo nung saturday, they check my credit,
and it was very good daw...
anyway, give me some pointers naman...
would u recommend that i get a house kahit wala pa akong green card?
my 140 is approved since nov, pending 485 (1.5 yrs na), im working
through EAD na... ano sa tingin nyo?
