arlene, in general, around how much ang narerefund sa tax for the interest? im weighing pros and cons, kasi diba, mabigat din yung property tax? i think yearly property tax on my area is somewhere around $3800 which is $315/month (how much dyan im sure mas mahal pa dyan).... biro mo yon 300+ goes to property tax alone, not to mention other monthly dues homeowners due, insurance, escrow...
