hi arlene,

thanks for sharing info... i will keep those in mind... and will do
more research... i got sick for 2 days, but im ok now... back to
work...

arlene, in general, around how much ang narerefund sa tax for the
interest? im weighing pros and cons, kasi diba, mabigat din yung
property tax? i think yearly property tax on my area is somewhere
around $3800 which is $315/month (how much dyan im sure mas mahal pa
dyan).... biro mo yon 300+ goes to property tax alone, not to
mention other monthly dues homeowners due, insurance, escrow... (ano
pala yung escrow na yan... i read something about that but i didn't
get it.. hehe), and of course, utilities... now that i have more
information, i'm getting a clearer picture of the expenses of owning
a house...,
but don't get me wrong, im not buying a mansion like yours...
hehe... if ever im getting a starter home, single family, around
1300sqft lang...

but anyway, is the tax refund on interest close enough to value of
the property tax?, may mga 3k ba yon? or 2k?
yun lang... :))

abby, yes i'm feeling it... house hunting... its exciting, yet
stressful...but of course, always more on the rewarding side...
tama ba? i'll never know until i get one... hehe...

have a great weekend guys!
