KompoZer is a fork of Nvu,
Avoid this. It generates the most awful HTML.
I thought that was the purpose of WYSIWYG editors, on the basis that you
would never be allowed to use View Source again :-)
I write all my web in Vim or Kate, but the best
WYSIWYG tool I know is Open Office. You get flexible
layout and it can make HTML with CSS styles.
True, I have used it to convert Word documents for the web, and it does
a good job of that.
