Hello,

I've bought new graphic card today Nvidia GeForce 6200.
I've uninstall legacy proprietary driver and changed "nvidia" to "nv" in
xorg.conf
Than I wanted to change xorg.conf from scratch and I've run:

#dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

but this command allowed me change just keyboard settings.
My xorg now looks very simply ... see attachment pls.
And I can have only 800x600 resolution now.

How can I fix it?
It appears that you don't have the nVidia binary installed. I'm not sure how 64 Studio handles that stuff these days, but you'll need the proprietary driver if you want accelerated 3D from that card.

IIRC the nVidia installer will back-up and re-write your xorg.conf. It's been a while since I did all that, you should wait for the word from Daniel and Free regarding the official way to upgrade the nVidia binary driver.

Best,

dp
