Hi all, regarding this, there're some great articles in the web: http://www.cdmasteringservices.com/dynamicdeath.htm http://www.cdmasteringservices.com/dynamicrange.htm
And last but not least, there's the Pleasure Music Foundation which votes for dynamic range: http://www.dynamicrange.de/ They have also this dynamic range level meter implemented. They say, it will be available for different platforms and as a VST plugin. I think, one should go, and implement it for the linux guys? What do you think?
