IIRC I did change the length of the clips by using the mouse. What I 
definitive know is, that some clips with offsets will have this effect:

When I e.g. change the length of a note by mouse, while the grid is set 
to "beat", the note length won't snap to the grid, but for some ticks 
beneath the correct position.

Okay, when I start Qtractor with the "default" then it will connect, but 
why doesn't it disconnect when I load a session were those connections 
were disconnected?
