I agree 100% here. The current text on the charter regarding describing the concept of "Mesh Under" and "Route over" are very important. I am sure there are folks in the wg who can handle texts for the respective sections. Please keep them. Also, it seems that Arch document would be a good place to include a few use-case scenarios too for completeness.
