Glad to see someone willing to take a risk, I wasn't worth giving them a name, especially when I saw they were out of EU. I am not suprised about there restrictions, those are (IMO) pretty regular for cheap hosting. The main thing i think they are trying to avoid is spammers. I curious to how they take payment.....what are the choices?

I've signed up for an account (which is separate from signing up for hosting) but I've temporarily decided to not sign up for hosting. First reason: They require one year payment in advance; $24 is a bit more of a risk than $2 <smile>. Second reason, in their "acceptable use" page: <snip> Misuse Of Resources Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP/ASP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden. </snip> So I'm going to think this out. Any comments?
