But a lot of us don't want to be bothered with Norton AV and what is there to say that its the preferred software. As I mentioned earlier, its not characteristic to my anti virus software at all. Its not an issue that is characteristic with AVG. The advice I received was across all software, that one could scan it on desktop - and one should download to desktop before installing. So, why?
