Start > Run > "sfc" > (o) Restore Files > {OK} > Type in
"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\RUNDLL32.EXE" in the file for the file you want
to restore. Make sure your source says either
"C:\WINDOWS\Options\CABS" (for preloaded versions) or "D:\WIN98" (for
installed versions) and click {OK}.
You may be prompted to Restart Windows.
If your system is missing RUNDLL32 you may experience the following
symptoms:
Display Propterties, System Properties and some Control Panel items do
not work.
Some applications do not install or run.
Some applications give an error saying "Filed to Initialize"
