>>Do I have to purchase a new license, and if so, how do I do this? Good question Jan, I await to see what replies you receive. I have heard that some folk just install the original OS on a second pc regardless. The problem is that you have I think 4 weeks to "Activate" it when it dials home to check with Uncle Bill to see if it has already been Activated. To date I am not aware of any such requests for a second Activation being refused by MS, but I have heard of it being refused for MS programs like MS Word.
