I am not sure you understand where I am coming from; I am disappointed you should interpret me this way.
Far from it that I would suggest people should ignore the kindness received in these groups and I am disappointed you should single me out from all other members who have not yet voiced an opinion. I merely make a point for consideration and, in all the circumstances, I am surprised you are not mindful of the issues that face other computer users. In thanking you and anyone else who should help, surely you might consider the plight of others who are not quite so fortunate as you to be able to have an always on connection. I really don't think there is a purpose in demanding anything in groups and I am quite sure you and all the rest of us joined them in that knowledge.
