You can ask others who are also suffering! There are many factors that
effect BB speeds, most out of your control.

Re. SDSL; now you are trying to run before you can walk but everyone
would like SDSL but the rollout is slow for domestic customers. Little
point in it really unless you are running a pirate video distribution
network ;-)
