Hi Jim,

I asked my stepdad what he did, his reply is below. Do you have any
idea what is going wrong? He is able to install other programs.

Thanks so much!
Jan

Jan -

If I place the CD1 of the program "Generations Grande Suite 8.0" in my
F drive tray, this brings up a box called Generations with a picture
of kids in the background. There is a menu of 4 items:

Install Generations
Run Mastercook
Install Snapshot
Install Collect

If a click on " Install Generations" I get a box titled " Install
Shield Wizard".There is a bar that should probably fill in a the
installation proceeds, A message is: InstallShield Wizard which will
guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please wait.

The bar doesn't fill in and after several minutes wait the Error
message appears saying: Error extracting support files: Server
execution failed.

I trust that this is what Jim wants in order to help us.

Love, Stepdad
